On the hill Zámčisko, in location Pánsky les, around 1 km east from Brestov.

Exterior

The castle was built on an area of about 20 x 8 m and surrounded by a rampart and a moat. On the southwest side was a platform 10 x 6 m, which probably served for a bridge over the moat.

History

According to M. Slivka, the castle belonged to the Boduna family (Abov branch), which were also called the lords of Ploské.
